In a second moment, Dr. Mario Guedes Ladosky, made an approach on the Solidarity Economies and their process of emergency and consolidation in Brazil.
And finally, Dr. Thelma Santos, conducted an analysis on The National Secretariat of Solidarity Economy in Brazil, to move away from its process of consolidation, balnces and regression in recent years.
